Returns Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a clothing item that you have purchased from us, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to request an exchange on the item.

No refunds or exchanges are allowed for hijabs, undercaps, or accessories due to hygiene reasons.

During the packing process, we ensure that all pieces are thoroughly inspected for any faults before packing the item.

We ensure quality before shipping out the items.

If, by chance, an item is found to be faulty or damaged, an exchange will be provided after inspecting the item. The item must be unworn and returned in it's original packaging with attached labels.

Any faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
